TANAKA FARMS - mURALS and graphics

   Tanaka Farms is a multi-farm family owned business in Orange County, CA that has been growing and selling fresh produce to the area for over 50 years. Recently, the Tanaka Farm expanded to their new Costa Mesa location with sunflower fields and pumpkins being their main attraction.

 

   Firme Designs was commissioned by Tanaka Farms to design and paint murals on their various structures on the new farm in Costa Mesa. A water tower was transformed into the Tanaka souvenir cup replica with beautiful sunflowers hand painted at the top while another water tower was made to look like a honeycomb with different insects that inhabit the farm and a sunflower butterfly wing photo-op on the back.

   A food truck was also designed and painted by our team to reflect the bee-theme that the Tanaka Farms team loved on the previous water tower. A honeycomb pattern, sunflowers, and bees were carefully painted all over the truck to allow visitors multiple photo ops for pictures while grabbing a refreshing treat.

  Juan and Julia were also commissioned to design new graphics for the employee shirts and children's shirts  to be sold at their main farm store. Two designs were chosen; "Strawberry Fields Forever" and "Berry Cute" with a hidden Tanaka Farms caterpillar.
